During the meeting, the AI Office explained the role of model usage analysis in monitoring the market and assessing systemic risks, and discussed the conditions for application and the requirements for evidence support for the “edge risk” provisions in the security framework. Regarding copyright protection, signatories committed to implementing Measure 1.3(4), including disclosing information about web crawlers and their robots.txt characteristics, and establishing an automatic notification mechanism for affected rights holders. At the end of the meeting, the AI Office outlined the existing initiatives related to GPAI guidelines and future organizational arrangements for the working group.
