In September 2026, a national-scale Token manufacturing facility was established in Zhongwei, Ningxia. This project innovatively constructs a closed-loop system of “wind and solar green power supply – large-scale Token production – AIToken platform operation,” aiming to create a national cost-effective supply base for AI tokens. Under the coordinated electricity pricing mechanism, as of the end of August, the electricity price per kilowatt-hour for data centers in the region had decreased by approximately 0.042 yuan compared to 2022. The new energy installation capacity in Zhongwei reached 18.12 million kilowatts, and both parties will jointly build an integrated project to ensure that the Token factory receives 100% clean power supply. State Grid Ningxia Electric Power Co., Ltd. has allocated 1.5 million kilowatts of wind power and 500,000 kilowatts of photovoltaic resources, adopting the “large grid connection + green power bilateral trading” model to build a green power park and conducting hour-level trading pilots. Currently, 17 data center enterprises in Ningxia have been put into operation, with the maximum load reaching 46.72 million kilowatts, ensuring zero power interruptions.
