The Samsung Galaxy S27 series of phones is expected to be launched with the Exynos 2700 chip. Tech media sammyfans revealed the engineering sample of this chip’s performance in GeekBench 6.7.1, with a single-core score of 4,328 and a multi-core score of 14,700. The CPU features a 1+4+1+4 cluster design, consisting of 10 cores, including two groups of Arm C1-Ultra/C2-Ultra cores with frequencies of 3.36 GHz and 4.24 GHz respectively, as well as corresponding Pro cores. The graphics department may be equipped with the Xclipse 970 GPU, and a dedicated NPU is integrated to handle AI tasks, supporting LPDDR6 memory. The standard and Plus models will be the first to feature this chip, and some markets may also see Pro and Ultra versions using it.
