On September 8, 2026, Tibet’s first thousand-kilocalorie computing cluster based on the RISC-V architecture, built by China Mobile Tibet Company, was officially established. The completion of this cluster marks a significant leap for Tibet in the field of high-performance computing, from traditional x86 architecture to self-controllable RISC-V architecture. It provides strong computational support for local big data center construction, artificial intelligence applications, and scientific research innovation.
中国移动西藏公司携手希姆计算在拉萨交付并运营西藏首个千卡 RISC-V 架构算力集群。该集群依托希姆计算自主研发的 STCP950L NPU AI 算力卡搭建，从部署到验收仅用 20 天，填补了高原地区国产高端算力空白。集群重点支撑智慧政务、产业数字化及民生服务三大领域应用，历经 30 天试运行表现稳定，成功支撑从 70 亿到 6710 亿参数大模型部署，适配批量推理、实时 AI 服务等多元场景。此次合作标志着国产 RISC-V 算力技术在特殊环境下成功产业化落地。中国移动西藏公司将进一步深化与希姆计算合作，推进芯片在极端环境下的适配优化，加快西藏算力网络建设步伐。
