The owner admitted that he illegally launched the service through a so-called “platform manager” at a cost of 500 yuan, without obtaining any real permits. This “phantom delivery service” was investigated and dealt with according to law after operating for four months. This measure was aimed at implementing the requirements of the General Administration of Market Supervision to promote electronic license verification and prevent the situation of services operating under invalid licenses.
