On September 8, 2026, the Cybersecurity Sub-forum of the Global Public Safety Cooperation Forum (Lianyungang) 2026 was held in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province. Hosted by the Third Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security, this sub-forum was the first specialized forum on cybersecurity under the framework of global public safety cooperation. It attracted more than 150 representatives from government departments, law enforcement agencies, and academia from 27 countries and regions. Centered around the theme “Co-governance and Sharing: Exploring New Paths for Cybersecurity Governance,” the forum focused on cybersecurity law enforcement issues and exchanged ideas and practices on technical protection and legal policies. The forum also released the “Blue Book on Explorations and Practices in the Detection and Assessment of Risks Associated with Generative Artificial Intelligence” and the “Cybersecurity Evaluation Index System,” aiming to strengthen international cooperation for jointly maintaining global cybersecurity.

9 月 8 日，全球公共安全合作论坛（连云港）2026 年大会网络安全分论坛在江苏省连云港市举办。该分论坛由公安部第三研究所主办，是全球公共安全合作论坛框架下首个网络安全分论坛，来自 27 个国家和地区的政府部门、执法机构、产业及学术界代表等 150 余人参会。论坛以“共治·共享：探索网络空间安全治理新路径”为主题，围绕网络安全执法议题展开，旨在加强国际合作共同维护全球网络空间安全。期间，代表从技术防护、法律政策等角度交流治理理念与实践经验，并发布《生成式人工智能安全风险检测评估探索与实践蓝皮书》和《网络安全评价指标体系》。
