Aierxin Zhiyi has launched the 5nm intelligent driving chips M97 and M95, with a single chip’s equivalent AI computing power reaching up to 720 TOPS.

On September 8, 2026, Aixtal launched two intelligent driving chips based on 5nm technology: M97 and M95. The M97 is positioned as a flagship-level high-end integrated platform for intelligent driving and cockpit perception, with an equivalent AI computing power of 720 TOPS per chip. It integrates 16 CPU cores, a self-developed ISP, and supports the connection of 16 cameras. The M95 is designed as the optimal platform for end-to-end solutions, with an equivalent AI computing power of 360 TOPS per chip. It integrates 10 CPU cores and supports the connection of 14 cameras. Both chips have passed AEC-Q100 automotive-grade certification, are equipped with an ASIL-D on-chip security mechanism, and meet the ASIL-B level, supporting dual-chip redundancy configuration.
