Apple announced in August 2026 significant reforms to its EU app store policies. Apple 周二宣布简化欧盟 App Store 佣金结构，将替代应用商店的数字商品交易费率统一为 5%。新规则旨在解决与欧盟委员会的争议并符合《数字市场法案》要求：App 内购买费降至 26%，替代支付处理费为 10% 至 20%，开发者开设替代应用商店的门槛降低，不再强制要求特定安装量或两年开发计划经历。此外，开发者被锁定所选支付方式 12 个月，18 岁以下用户需家长批准才能进行非 App Store 购买，且儿童类别应用禁止外部链接。
