The “2026 China-Central and Eastern European Countries Innovation Cooperation Conference” opened in Ningbo on September 9. This conference was jointly organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and the Ministry of Economy of Slovakia, with the theme “Ten Years of Innovation, Building the Future Together”. The conference featured an opening ceremony and plenary session, specialized events on artificial intelligence and biotechnology, as well as think tank roundtable discussions. Multiple industry-university-research cooperation agreements and platform construction agreements were also signed. As the highest-level brand event in the field of science and technology under this mechanism, it has been successfully held for five sessions since its inception in 2016. The conference aimed to explore emerging trends in scientific and technological innovation, outline the cooperation plan for the next decade, witness new achievements in cooperation, jointly enhance scientific and technological capabilities, expand development opportunities, and address global challenges.
2026 年中国—中东欧国家创新合作大会将于 9 月 9 日在宁波开幕。本届大会由中国科技部、斯洛伐克经济部主办，以“创新十年，共筑未来”为主题，将举办开幕式暨全体大会、人工智能与生物技术等主题活动及智库圆桌会议，并签署一批产学研合作项目和平台建设协议。作为该机制下科技领域层次最高、规模最大的品牌活动，自 2016 年创立以来已在中国、斯洛伐克、波黑、塞尔维亚等地成功举办 5 届。大会旨在从多角度探讨前沿科技创新发展新趋势，擘画未来十年合作新蓝图，见证中国—中东欧国家科技创新合作新成果，共同提升科技能力、拓展发展空间并应对全球挑战。
