On September 8, 2026, a report in the Technology Daily stated that traditional old industrial bases are undergoing transformation and upgrading through “intelligent transformation and digitalization”. This model is regarded as a new paradigm for China’s manufacturing industry’s upgrading. The report emphasized that the transformation path of such super factories is clear and effective, indicating that Chinese manufacturing is accelerating its transition from traditional methods to intelligent and digital ones, injecting new momentum into regional economic development.
辽宁省启动《深化制造业智能化改造数字化转型三年行动计划（2026－2028 年）》，明确到 2028 年实现规上工业企业“智改数转”全覆盖。目前全省已完成 7629 户规上工业企业入企诊断，占总数超 75%。在规模化生产方面，鞍钢关宝山公司通过数字化改造使劳动生产率比行业平均水平高出 90%，检测效率提升超 3 倍；大连恒力重工同坞建造超大型船舶耗时仅 88 天，创全球纪录。在柔性制造方面，大杨集团、通用技术沈阳机床等企业将隐性工艺知识转化为数据模型，缩短产品开发周期。赛轮（沈阳）轮胎通过“橡链云”平台链接供应商与经销商近 6 万家，推动产业链从“单点智能”走向“全局协同”。截至 2026 年 6 月，中国大陆拥有灯塔工厂 103 座，占全球总数 43.3%。
