The American law firm DK Law accused the British software company ConnexAI of illegally renewing contracts after customers refused to continue their agreements. DK Law stated that the Athena software and telephone system sold by ConnexAI did not meet the promised performance standards, suffering from frequent crashes, call interruptions, incorrect routing of calls, and WhatsApp disconnection. Moreover, invoices were still sent even after customers clearly indicated they did not want to renew the one-year contracts. Previously, in March 2026, ConnexAI sued DK Law in the New York court for unpaid bills due to breach of contract. ConnexAI has dismissed this accusation, and both parties are currently involved in two ongoing litigation cases.
