On September 6, Qingdao Zhongke Green Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. officially launched a new type of plant fiber cushioning material. This material is made from agricultural and forestry waste, with properties comparable to plastic foam and capable of complete biodegradation. Relying on the wooden fiber green carbon material team at the Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Process Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the company has mastered core technologies such as physical foaming at normal temperature and pressure and biomimetic cross-linking of plant fibers. Currently, the pilot production line has been fully put into operation. The product is targeted at four major sectors: packaging, building materials, automotive, and logistics. Its high-end wine linings and fruit and vegetable shock-absorbing pads have been verified through actual tests and launched on the market. Over the next two to three years, the company plans to expand its mass production line to support the industry’s deep carbon reduction transformation with independently developed green new materials.
9 月 6 日，青岛中科绿碳技术有限公司推出新型植物纤维缓冲材料，该材料以农林废弃物为原料，性能媲美塑料泡沫且可完全生物降解。中科绿碳脱胎于中科院青岛生物能源与过程研究所木质纤维绿碳材料团队，依托成果转化政策成立独立产业化运营平台，掌握常温常压物理发泡、植物纤维仿生交联等核心工艺，已实现中试产线全面投产。目前，该公司聚焦包装、建材、汽车、物流四大赛道，提供标准化产品及定制技术服务，其高端酒水内衬、果蔬防震托垫等产品已通过实测验证并推向市场。未来两年至三年，企业计划扩建量产生产线，以自主创新绿色新材料助力行业深度降碳转型。
