On September 8, 2026, Google DeepMind officially launched the AlphaGenome Atlas platform. This platform covers approximately 9 billion single-nucleotide variations in the human genome, providing resources such as molecular effect predictions, AVI scoring, and feature attribution. The data volume reaches 1PB. By pre-computing the results of the AlphaGenome and AlphaMissense models, the platform creates the first genome-wide variation molecular impact map, supporting the evaluation of variations in both coding and non-coding regions. Currently, it is available for free to the global academic community and has helped teams such as the Broad Institute and Exeter University discover new pathogenic variants.
