9 月 8 日，全国首个中药智能化提取精制工厂在连云港康缘药业正式投运。该工厂配备 700 多台套智能装备，满负荷运转可实现 50 亿元成品产值，单班组仅需 26 名工作人员。车间采用重力叠层布局实现物料自动流转，配套数字化留样库、AGV 无人驾驶设备及 PKS 制药过程知识系统，完成原辅料全自动称配与生产调度。经过智能化升级，包装生产线用工缩减至 5 人，生产效率提升 25% 以上。该工厂先后获评工业和信息化部中药智能制造试点示范项目及国家首批“卓越级智能工厂”等称号，并依托自建 GAP 种植基地与全流程动态质量管控体系，破解了制药行业质量追溯、智能监管难题。
