In just one month since its launch, Qianwen Office has attracted over 30 million users, with enterprise users accounting for more than half of them. This version has been updated 120 times, with an average of 4 updates per day, resulting in thousands of features being added. On August 26, Alibaba released the Qwen3.8-Flash model, and Qianwen Office, in collaboration with the model team, launched a dedicated version for specific scenarios such as multi-step planning, tool selection, and context compression. This version was specially trained and optimized to further improve throughput efficiency through inference optimization and a customized Harness architecture. In real-world office scenario tests, Qianwen Office’s single-task generation speed increased by approximately 100% with this model, and Token consumption was reduced by an average of 75%. Currently, leading companies in industries such as Changan Automobile, Huifu Finance, Chuanhua Group, Zhongyi Co., Ltd., and Laiyang Chicken have joined Qianwen Office, engaging in in-depth development of core business processes including research and development, manufacturing, supply chain management, store operations, and cross-border collaboration.

On August 3, it integrated multiple Agent products to launch Qianwen Office, and within just one month, it achieved a significant increase in user numbers. The product continues to be frequently updated; on August 17, the context infrastructure MyContext was made open-source, enabling cross-system information integration with IM software such as DingTalk. On August 26, Alibaba released the Qwen3.8-Flash model and its exclusive version, which improved single-task generation speed by approximately 100% and reduced Token consumption by an average of 75%. Qianwen Office has been integrated into leading enterprises in industries such as Changan Automobile and Huifu Tianxia, and is being used in core business scenarios such as research and development, manufacturing, and supply chains. Previously, Wall Street investment banks conducted tests on eight globally popular AI Agents, and Qianwen Office ranked first in overall score.

On September 4th, one month after the launch of Alibaba Qianwen Office, the number of users exceeded 30 million, with enterprise users accounting for more than half. This product integrates capabilities from QoderWork, Wukong, MuleRun, and other tools, integrating enterprise workflows through platforms like DingTalk, covering high-frequency scenarios such as documents and spreadsheets. Over the past month, 120 version updates were completed, with the international version and features like “multi-person workbench” introduced. The context infrastructure MyContext was also made open-source. Qianwen Office connects IM tools such as DingTalk and Enterprise WeChat, attempting to break down AI capabilities into atomic modules to connect with business systems like CRM and ERP, solving problems related to data fragmentation and organizational asset accumulation. Currently, more than half of the enterprise users indicate that they have reached customers with high willingness to pay. Compared to C-end products, this approach focuses more on improving efficiency in specific business processes, and is now facing the challenge of transitioning from “willing to use” to “continuous payment”.
