① Yunshan Power has released liquid batteries with a capacity of 340Wh/kg for eVTOLs. Mass production has begun, and a GWh production line has been established. A production capacity of 10GWh is planned for next year, with the goal of achieving a semi-solid battery density of over 400Wh/kg. ② Yunshan Power uses large cylindrical batteries with full-edge terminals and downward-spraying valves to ensure that no fire spreads when punctured, entering the low-altitude economy battery market with high safety standards.
Yunshan Power has released a 340Wh/kg liquid eVTOL battery, which has been mass-produced and a GWh production line has been established. A capacity of 10GWh is planned for next year. The company uses large cylindrical full-edge ear technology and downward-spraying valve technology to ensure that the battery does not ignite upon impact and has zero thermal spread, enabling high-efficiency and high-security entry into the low-altitude economy sector. Currently, Ningbo base has the country’s first magnetic levitation assembly line, forming a layout of “mass production in Ningbo, research and development in Huizhou, and integration in Hefei”. The product has been applied in eVTOL, passenger vehicle ultra-fast charging, and energy storage fields. The target energy density of the semi-solid battery exceeds 400Wh/kg, and customer samples and a dry electrode pilot line have been completed.
