Beyond the LATR model, Hike's industrial innovation flywheel
SHEIN listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 1, with net proceeds from the global offering amounting to approximately HK$13.214 billion. As the world’s largest online fashion brand mall, SHEIN has achieved a stock turn time of 36 days, far lower than the industry average, thanks to its unique Large-Scale Automated Small-Order Fast Response (LATR) model and end-to-end intelligent supply chain. This model enables real-time forecasting and replenishment through digital full-link processes, effectively solving inventory problems in the fashion industry and reducing payment terms for upstream factories and improving production efficiency. Additionally, SHEIN’s global distributed warehousing network enables order delivery within 10 working days, and its technological capabilities are extended to Chinese suppliers and overseas brands (such as the acquired Missguided), creating an innovative cycle of mutual support between technology and industry. The proceeds from this offering will be used to enhance its technological capabilities and global layout.
