Halo Shell is officially unveiled: The super-flagship full lower limb exoskeleton redefines the way humans travel
Halo Technology officially launched its ultra-flagship full-limb exoskeleton at the IFA International Consumer Electronics Show in Berlin. Pre-sale is also underway on the JD.com platform, with an early bird price of 15,999 yuan. This device features the industry’s first Hypershell Unified integrated design and the third-generation bionic power unit HyperDrive Pro four-motor system. Its peak power reaches 1,490W, supporting assistance in all terrains and all postures, as well as complex terrain gait prediction. Halo includes a new knee motor to actively protect joints, reducing knee muscle fatigue by 40% during squats and other movements, and it also has an anti-knee hyperextension function. Equipped with HyperIntuition™ 2.0 end-to-end intelligent algorithm and the first AI Agent “Shelly,” it can predict movements in approximately 0.2 seconds and adjust dynamic assistance up to 2,500 times per second. The device is made of carbon fiber and aluminum alloy, weighing 2.6kg, with a maximum endurance of 20km on flat terrain, and it has IP54 protection certification.
