Research published in Nature Biotechnology indicates that rentosertib, a drug designed using artificial intelligence by Insilico Medicine, demonstrated the potential to reverse biomarkers of biological aging in early clinical trials. The study involved only 42 patients, and results showed that patients treated with this drug were about six years younger than those in the placebo group across six independent aging clock predictors. Currently, this drug has not been tested in healthy populations.
