Xiaoyu Intelligence completed a B3 round of financing worth several hundred million yuan

On September 8, 2026, General Body-Intelligent Robot Company Xiaoyu Intelligent Manufacturing announced the completion of a B3 round of financing worth several hundred million yuan. This round of financing was jointly invested by Blooming Star, Singapore’s Kamet Capital, and Guoke Yingfeng Fund, making it the third round of financing completed by the company in 2026. Previously, the company had completed the B and B+ rounds of financing in February and May of the same year, respectively. The funds raised will be used primarily for technological research and development, product implementation, and team expansion. Xiaoyu Intelligent Manufacturing was established in February 2023, focusing on its self-developed “one-brain multiple-form” architecture to build foundational models for the physical world. The company aims to enhance robots’ ability to represent and operate in three-dimensional space, and to adapt them for various scenarios such as welding, grinding, assembly, and inspection. In July, the company launched its first industrial body-intelligent welding robot, “Xiaoyu Future Robot,” with the standard version priced at 169,800 yuan.
