WPS multi-dimensional tables offer “inspiration applications”: With just one sentence, sales personnel can build business applications
WPS Multidimensional Table recently released a new feature called “Insight Application”. Users only need to input natural-language descriptions of their business needs, and AI can generate personalized business applications that can be used directly and continuously improved. This feature aims to enable non-programming professionals to create their own applications, addressing the issue that official components cannot cover all custom charting scenarios. WPS proposes a implementation method of “scenario-based approach, process optimization, AI integration, continuous AI improvement, and large-scale promotion” to ensure that generated applications are based on permissions, collaboration, and automation capabilities, maintaining data transparency and traceability. Currently, Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding Plant has used this feature to establish a lean equipment management analysis system; Changping District Education Bureau has moved teacher qualification evaluations online and implemented automatic approval processes; a large-scale printing consumables company uses AI data analysis to identify profit differences in credit sales.
