BOE (BOE Technology)’s new generation TSF wide color gamut display technology won the gold award at IFA 2026 in Germany
On September 4, 2026, BOE (BOE Technology)’s new generation TSF wide-color-range AMOLED display technology won the Global Product Technology Innovation Award – Display Technology Gold Award – at IFA 2026 in Berlin, Germany. This technology relies on an innovative base built with f-OLED technology, and through revolutionary breakthroughs in ultra-wide color range, healthy eye protection, and low-power long battery life, it achieves a leading 98.7% BT2020 color range performance. In recent months, this technology has passed Pantone color verification, becoming the first product in China’s display industry to receive this certification. BOE (BOE Technology) adopts the TSF (TADF sensitized fluorescence) approach, using pure organic TADF materials as sensitizers, which offer advantages such as a large process window, friendly manufacturing processes, and no use of precious metals. It has taken the lead in achieving full-process development from technology inception to mass production. Its four core technologies include TSF sensitized deep green ultra-fluorescence, high-efficiency deep red phosphorescence, stacked devices, and in-screen integrated color films, resulting in comprehensive improvements in color range, brightness, power consumption, and eye protection. In terms of power consumption…
