The 2026 National Science Popularization Month Gansu (Tianshui) Main Event was launched

The 2026 National Science Popularization Month Gansu (Tianshui) main event was launched today. A relevant official from the Gansu Provincial Science Popularization Bureau said that the event is themed “Promoting the Province through Science Popularization · Science for All”. The goal is to enhance the scientific literacy of the entire population through a series of science popularization activities and promote the high-quality development of science popularization. The event will focus on three themes: “Scientific Spirit,” “Scientific Culture,” and “Scientific Practice.” By leveraging local resources in Gansu, various activities such as science popularization knowledge dissemination, opening of science popularization venues, and science popularization volunteer services will be carried out. During the event, science popularization exhibitions, lectures, and summer camps will be held in Tianshui City and other parts of Gansu Province, covering all science popularization resources in the province. The event is organized by the Gansu Provincial Science Popularization Bureau and undertaken by the Tianshui Association for Science and Technology. Its purpose is to spread scientific knowledge through science popularization activities, promote the scientific spirit, stimulate public enthusiasm for science, and provide intellectual support for building a modern and strong province.
