As the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day in 2026 approach, Douyin issued a safety warning, stating that criminals are creating and sending counterfeit “gratuity cards” with the “Douyin” logo. These packages often come with inferior mooncakes, water bottles, and other low-cost goods to deceive users into trusting them. After users scan the codes to claim prizes, they are led by so-called “fake customer service” to download fake applications, participate in fake shopping tasks, or share screens, resulting in financial loss. In response to such scams, Douyin’s anti-fraud center recommends that if users receive calls claiming to be official customer service, receive related packages, or encounter suspicious people in live streams, they can verify the authenticity through the “Verification Assistant” function within the Douyin App.
抖音发布预警称，中秋国庆将至，不法分子正制作寄送印有“抖音”标识的仿冒“礼遇卡”，诱导用户扫码兑奖实施诈骗。此类包裹常附带劣质月饼、水杯等低价商品以骗取信任，用户扫码后会被“假客服”诱导下载虚假 App、完成刷单或共享屏幕从而损失钱财。抖音反诈中心工作人员表示，用户若接到自称“抖音官方客服”的电话、收到相关包裹或在直播间遇到可疑人员，均可在抖音 App“验证助手”中核验真伪，通过输入号码、短信、网址或上传图片、二维码照片进行确认。
