The mandatory binding of “Jedi Knight 2” PC version to PSN in 2024 exposed this flaw, and alternative registration methods are being tightened by new service regulations. Inaccurate user information may lead to account suspension. If the coverage issue is not resolved by 2028, the digital transformation may effectively deprive some players of their right to purchase games legally.
