Nvidia plans to launch a new version of the RTX 5070 graphics card, which will use the GB203 chip. The GB203 chip has an area of 378 mm² and integrates 45.6 billion transistors. The complete configuration includes 10,752 CUDA cores, 84 fourth-generation RT Cores, 336 fifth-generation Tensor Cores, 336 texture units, and 112 raster units. The memory bus width is 256-bit. Currently, it is known that the RTX 5070 will only have 6,144 CUDA cores, approximately 57% of the total capacity, with the remaining space reserved for redundancy.
