Shu Ruize, CEO of AUDI’s strategic cooperation with SAIC Motor, has taken over the role, aiming to drive the scaled development of the AUDI brand from its current state to a more advanced level. His predecessor, Song Feiming, completed the brand’s establishment in less than two years. The AUDI brand was launched in 2024, and the first model, the E5 Sportback, was released in September 2025. Shu Ruize breaks down the scaling path into three key aspects: channels, products, and research and development. In terms of channels, 16 new dealers were added in July, covering over 100 cities. For products, the E7X Pioneer Quattor Love Edition is available for a limited price of 300,980 yuan. The third new luxury pure-electric sedan is scheduled to be launched in 2027. In terms of research and development, AUDI and SAIC Motor signed a strategic cooperation agreement to establish an AUDI Innovation Technology Center in Shanghai.
