The 2026 Bund Conference reveals its main forum lineup: led by Nobel laureate in Economics Jean Tirole, focusing on "AI and the New Economy

The `2026 Inclusion·The Bund Conference` will be held in Shanghai from September 9 to 12, with the theme “Creating a New AI Economy”. The conference has announced the lineup of keynote speakers, including Philip Aghion, winner of the 2025 Nobel Prize in Economics; Wang Jian, founder of Alibaba Cloud; Lu Zhaoyang and Wang Mengdi, young scientists in the fields of quantum computing and artificial intelligence; as well as Han Xinyi, Zhou Jingren, Liu Zuohu, and Jorn Lambert, key participants in intelligent body commerce. Renowned writer Liu Zhenyun will engage in a cross-disciplinary dialogue with globally renowned AI scholars Ma Yi, exploring the role of “people” in the AI era beyond technical aspects. This year’s conference will feature 1 keynote forum and over 40 insight forums, bringing together more than 600 scholars, scientists, entrepreneurs, and innovators from home and abroad, along with a 15,000-square-meter theme technology exhibition. In addition to activities such as the Innovator Stage, Developer Day, and Venture Capital Meetup, this year’s conference will also launch the AI Art Festival for the first time, showcasing the new changes brought by artificial intelligence through music, video, and art exhibitions.
