Another national-level platform has been established in Chengdu Tianfu International Bio-City for the common testing of reliability evaluation of emergency treatment equipment.
The common testing platform for evaluating the reliability of emergency treatment equipment was officially established in Chengdu Tianfu International Bio-city recently. Led by Chengdu Shuimu Medical Technology Co., Ltd., and jointly developed with several leading companies in the industry, this platform took three years to create. It is part of the national key research and development project “Research on Common Key Technologies for the Reliability of Emergency Treatment Equipment and Construction of Evaluation Systems”. As a national-level key scientific research achievement, its overall technical level has been rated as “leading in China”. The platform supports comprehensive full-dimensional testing modes from single to four, and is equipped with electromagnetic compatibility testing capabilities. It holds dual national legal testing qualifications from CMA and CNAS. The platform can simultaneously couple four environmental stresses: temperature, humidity, low air pressure, and vibration. It can accurately replicate extreme natural scenarios such as high-altitude and cold environments, as well as multi-mode transportation composite conditions, filling the gap in the ability to verify high-end medical equipment under multiple environmental stresses in the southwestern region. Currently, the platform has completed practical simulation tests on several mainstream emergency medical equipment jointly with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Relevant results have been published in numerous academic papers, and testing and verification services are now officially available for various industries such as medical devices and emergency equipment.
