The “National Anti-Fraud AI” App, developed independently by the Shanghai Public Security Bureau under the guidance of the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, was officially launched recently. This app features three main functions: first, it uses large-scale AI models to provide analysis of fraud risks, identification of fraud types, and preventive suggestions, while also correlating with video cases; second, it integrates the National Anti-Fraud Center and Shanghai’s “803” anti-fraud new media matrix, regularly releasing dynamic alerts and typical cases; third, it includes electronic materials such as the “Anti-Telecom Fraud Promotion Manual,” supporting categorized browsing and voice reading. Currently, this app is available for download on various mobile application markets, as well as on WeChat and Alipay mini-programs.

The “National Anti-Fraud AI” App, independently developed by the Shanghai Public Security Bureau under the guidance of the Ministry of Public Security, was officially launched recently. This app integrates large-language, multi-modal models, and intelligent agent technologies, offering three main functions: First, AI-powered intelligent Q&A; after users ask questions, the system provides answers based on risk analysis, type identification, and prevention suggestions, and also links to video cases. Second, anti-fraud information: it includes resources from the National Anti-Fraud Center and Shanghai’s “803” anti-fraud new media matrix, regularly releasing dynamic alerts and detailed analyses of typical cases. Third, an anti-fraud dictionary: it contains electronic versions of the “Propaganda Manual for Preventing Telecom and Internet Fraud” and the “Guide to Preventing Fraud for All”, with support for categorized browsing, keyword search, and voice reading. Currently, this app can be downloaded from major mobile app markets, and WeChat and Alipay mini-programs also offer it.

On September 6, the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Public Security officially launched the “National Anti-Fraud AI” App independently developed by the Shanghai Public Security Bureau. This app integrates large language models, multimodal models, and intelligent agent technologies. It allows users to input suspicious scenarios to conduct risk analysis, identify fraud schemes, and receive notifications of typical cases. Its three main functions include: AI large-scale model intelligent questioning, which can provide multi-dimensional answers and correlate with video cases; anti-fraud information, which regularly releases dynamic alerts and analyzes fraud methods; and an anti-fraud dictionary, offering electronic version search and reading services. Currently, this app is available for download on various mobile application markets, as well as on WeChat and Alipay mini-programs.
