Suiyuan Technology announced the results of its IPO on the Sci-tech Innovation Board, with the online lottery rate being only 0.02455315%. The issue price was 142.18 yuan per share. After the activation of the back-office allocation mechanism, a total of 24,099,639 shares were issued offline, and 10,328,500 shares were issued online. There were 20,657 winning numbers, and each winning number allowed for the subscription of 500 A-share shares. Suiyuan Technology was founded in March 2018 and is known as one of the “Four Little Dragons of Domestic GPU” along with Moore Threading, MuXi Technology, and Biren Technology. It has now become one of the leading companies in China’s cloud AI chip industry. The company expects to raise a total of 6.119 billion yuan, which will be used for the research and development as well as industrialization of fifth- and sixth-generation AI chip products, as well as advanced artificial intelligence software and hardware collaborative innovation projects.
