驭水擒盐记——全球首条浓海水资源化利用生产线攻关纪实

全球首条废弃浓海水资源化利用项目一期近日在曹妃甸进入试生产阶段。由唐山三友蓝海科技有限责任公司牵头研发的“浓海水歧化处理及深度利用技术”,攻克了传统淡化后浓海水提浓难、能耗高等难题,实现了从“废”到“宝”的转化。该项目采用首创的“四段两级式”反渗透增浓工艺,将废弃浓海水浓度提升至 120 克/升,万元产值电耗较现有技术下降 60%。目前每投入三吨废弃浓海水,可产出一吨精制浓海水和两吨淡水。该技术打通了“海水淡化—精制浓海水—盐化工”全链条闭环,为海洋化工绿色转型提供核心样板。
