Fiat Chrysler CEO: Global innovation can be replicated in both directions, and Chinese experience is heading towards the world
Christophe Perria, CEO of Valeo Group, said in Beijing that Valeo’s sales in China reached 28 billion yuan, with 22 production bases, 10 research and development centers, and 17,000 employees. The company adheres to the principle of “being rooted in China and serving China”; over the past five years, its industrial and research investment in China totaled over 26 billion yuan. Valeo has established a “two-way channel” to promote Chinese innovations (such as dual-stage air conditioners) worldwide, while introducing foreign technologies into China. Its “Leap to 2028” strategic plan aims to reach sales of 22-24 billion euros by 2028, and it plans to support Chinese automakers in going global, providing global supply chains and regulatory compliance certifications.
