9 月 4 日，长沙多部门联合约谈松果出行长沙分公司，责令其立即停止违规投放无牌共享电单车并限期清理回收全部车辆。此前，松果出行因类似违规问题于今年 4 月、5 月、8 月接连遭到昆明、宁波、南昌等地相关部门约谈，且其 App 曾因违规收集个人信息被工信部及公安部通报。招股书显示，松果出行去年前三季度营收同比微增 0.05% 至 7.46 亿元，核心业务共享电单车服务订单量下滑至 100.6 万单、营收萎缩 3.82%，公司累计亏损 0.6 亿元。尽管毛利率提升至 24.3%，但松果出行仍面临资金承压及上市受阻困境，其拟在港交所上市的招股书现已失效。
