Snap Inc. announced the appointment of Ronan Harris as the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), replacing the departing Ajit Mohan. Harris previously served as President of Snap EMEA and joined the company in 2022. He will report directly to CEO Evan Spiegel and be responsible for advertising sales and marketing efforts. This personnel change is part of Snap’s reorganization of some departments and its strategic focus on engineering and advertising products. Snap plans to hold an event in California next week to showcase the consumer demonstration version of the new Specs AR glasses.
