Scaleup Europe, the largest venture capital fund in Europe, announced the completion of its investment in Finnish satellite company ICEYE, with a total amount of $5.7 billion. This investment marks the fund’s significant commitment to space technology, aiming to support startups with high growth potential. ICEYE is a global leader in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite data, and its technology is widely used in fields such as environmental monitoring, disaster management, and commercial mapping.
