On September 8, 2026, Microsoft announced an upgrade to its artificial intelligence vision, aiming to provide unrestricted smart capabilities for every family and every desk. This strategy marks a deepening of Microsoft’s efforts in the field of AI, dedicated to seamlessly integrating smart technologies into every aspect of daily life, covering both household consumption and business operations, in order to achieve a broader and more flexible smart experience.
微软提出新愿景：让每张办公桌、每个家庭都拥有不受限制的智能。微软副总裁 Mark Linton 在 IFA 2026 表示，该愿景指 AI 不再依赖云端推理，高性能 PC 可直接本地运行日常模型，云端仅处理需云计算能力的任务。微软 CEO 纳德拉此前也表达了类似想法。微软通过 Windows ML、Project Zenith（要求 64GB 统一内存和 250GB/s 带宽）及 RTX Spark 芯片等技术栈实现这一目标，使设备能本地运行数十亿参数模型并降低延迟与成本。同时，微软推出 Microsoft Execution Containers 等安全体系，将自主 AI Agent 纳入 Windows 安全框架，并优化系统以兼顾高配本地运行与低配（如 8GB 内存）良好体验。
