On September 8, 2026, Xpeng Motors announced that its first humanoid robot would be delivered in 2027. As the company’s first humanoid product to be produced independently on the production line, this robot is equipped with 76 degrees of freedom throughout its body, marking a technological breakthrough in the field of embodied intelligence and readiness for mass production.
小鹏机器人生产线今日正式启用，全球首位高阶通用人形机器人完成自动化总装并自主走下产线。该产线由小鹏自主设计开发，借鉴汽车行业制造质量体系，核心工序自动化率超 80%。代号 IRON 的机器人拥有 76 个自由度，搭载 3 颗图灵 AI 芯片，有效算力达 2250 TOPS，支持端侧部署与复杂任务独立处理。小鹏集团董事长何小鹏表示，该产线属从零到一探索，未来机器人将优先承接危险、重复性工作，逐步走进日常生活。小鹏人形机器人今年底迈入规模量产阶段，计划于 2027 年实现正式上市交付。
