ACE has completed a new round of financing worth nearly $40 million, making it the Chinese team with the highest financing amount in the AI music sector. This round of funding was invested by leading venture capitalists, including CCV, Shunwei, and Alphaist. ACE is developing an AI-Native music platform that reshapes the production and consumption of music through its own models. Its self-developed models outperform most mainstream music generation models in terms of evaluation metrics, with a single-generation cost approximately 1/5 of that of SOTA models. The team plans to continue improving model capabilities over the next 6 months, aiming to reach the forefront of music generation SOTA. In addition to its closed-source models, ACE has opened-sourced the ACE-Step series of music generation models. These models have accumulated over 18,000 Stars on GitHub, and more than 2,000 developers gather on Discord, making ACE one of the most active open-source model communities in the AI music field.
