NVIDIA has introduced the DSX MaxLPS solution, aimed at maximizing performance per watt in AI factories. As industrial systems with limited power resources, the core metric for AI factories has shifted from the number of GPUs in data centers to the AI output per megawatt. For AI inference workloads, performance per watt at the application level is a key indicator of the efficiency of AI factories, as not all electricity can be converted into computing power that generates benefits.
