On August 29, 2026, a technology event themed “Digital Expo” was held in the forest city. During the event, numerous robots participated in interactive experiences, demonstrating the new trend of deep integration of artificial intelligence and the real economy. The event attracted a large number of visitors and exhibitors, who jointly witnessed the new opportunities brought about by the combination of digital technology and traditional industries.
The 2026 China International Big Data Industry Expo opened in Guiyang, Guizhou on August 28. This expo was hosted by the National Data Bureau and organized by the People’s Government of Guizhou Province, with the theme “Word Elements – New Paths to Releasing the Value of Data Elements”.
