Wemall joins Tencent WorkBuddy's open ecosystem, launching the Wemall Buddy app together
On September 2, Tencent WorkBuddy open platform was officially launched. The first batch of ecosystem partners, Weimeng, jointly released the Weimeng Buddy application. As an AI-powered intelligent management platform for retail businesses, this application integrates scattered management data, orders, inventory, and other information into a natural language interaction interface. It enables operators to initiate queries, analyses, diagnostics, and content generation tasks with just one sentence and deliver executable solutions. Xiao Feng, vice president of Weimeng’s technology department, said that this move is the latest step in Weimeng’s “AI First” strategy, expanding from internal restructuring to external ecosystem collaboration. The product consists of four major modules and five types of intelligent experts, connecting 16 standardized skills to form a complete chain of “understanding needs – calling data – analyzing and judging – generating solutions – delivering results”. Currently, the application has accumulated 48 practical cases that can be directly experienced, covering scenarios such as management review and target forecasting, reducing the time required for manual decision-making from several days to just minutes.
