Another Tsinghua-affiliated embodied intelligence company has emerged: It received tens of millions in angel funding to build an embodied data infrastructure.
On September 4, 2026, Lingyu Intelligence, a Tsinghua-based embodied intelligence company, completed a Series A financing of tens of millions of yuan, led by Galaxy Innovation Capital. Mo Yilin, co-founder and chief scientist of the company, is an associate professor at Tsinghua University’s Department of Automation. CEO Jin Ge has years of experience in venture capital investment and management. Lingyu Intelligence focuses on embodied data infrastructure, aiming to solve the problem of “data shortage” in robots. They developed the TeleAvatar and TeleDroid systems, creating a parent machine for remote operation data collection, enabling cross-regional, low-latency remote operations. The company plans to apply these technologies in three scenarios: dangerous environments, multi-robot systems, and semi-autonomous support.
