Its aim is to leverage clinical resources from West China Hospital and other institutions to establish a research and development and clinical transformation platform for implantable brain-computer interface medical devices. Ximan Medical specializes in the research and development of flexible neural electrodes, dedicated brain-computer chips, and neural regulation implantation systems, possessing multiple core technologies and independent intellectual property rights. The company has already completed financing of tens of millions of yuan. It plans to adopt a dual-development strategy, targeting the clinical market with products such as digital electroencephalographs and implantable rehabilitation systems for impaired consciousness, and the scientific research market with the μNeurode series of microelectrodes and dedicated ASIC chips. Chengdu High-Tech Zone has already made early investments in the field of brain-computer interfaces.
